Robert Joshua Dobbs (born January 26, 1995) is an American football quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Tennessee and was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft.

Dobbs was born in Alpharetta, Georgia, and attended Alpharetta High School. He was a four-star recruit and committed to play college football at the University of Tennessee.

At Tennessee, Dobbs appeared in 49 games and started 39. He threw for 7,138 yards, 53 touchdowns and 27 interceptions. He also rushed for 2,160 yards and 27 touchdowns.

On August 24, 2023, Dobbs was traded to the Arizona Cardinals. He is currently Kyler Murray’s backup quarterback.
